The tickets booked through the mobile application can be cancelled at customer discretion. The tickets can be cancelled 24 hours before the trip start time. If the ticket is booked within the 24 hour window before the trip start time, ticket can be cancelled within 15 minutes of booking.
A 80% or higher partial amount will be refunded to the customer. Money will be refunded to the customer’s credit/debit card within 10 days. The refund processing time will depend on the payment processing provider’s terms and conditions which can be read using this link.
